Our commission is to compel the lost and not become static by only preaching to the choir. In Matthew 9:13 “…For I came not to call and invite [to repentance] the righteous (those who are upright and in right standing with God), but sinners (the erring ones and all those not free from sin).” AMP. Here Jesus likens Himself to a physician, who goes where there is a genuine need.
As we know, there is much work to be done in the Kingdom of God. God is still a healer, deliver, and restorer. Speaking from an empirical view, signs and wonders, unequivocally, accompany our fervent and effectual prayers. They absolutely produce mind-blowing results–if we believe.
We can never allow our relationship with Christ, or experience to be a heyday. By His Spirit we can remain strong in the Lord– that our joy remains. Refuse to become jaded in your study and meditation of God’s Word. Everyday, think on His goodness–for He shall carry you through.
